Q. Can I change the color or size of an invitation you show? Top
A. The paper colors, sizes and designs of the invitations we sell in our catalog and online catalog are available only as shown in the photos. However, you may add the accent color you want with the ink and lined inner envelope colors you select. We recommend choosing the same ink color and typestyle for printing your entire ensemble to achieve a unified look.

Q. Can you print wording on my invitations that I have written or do I have to choose from your list? Top
A. Your invitation is a very personal reflection of you, and we encourage you to create a message that conveys all of your unique feelings. However, please keep in mind the size of your invitation and remember each line over the 14-line standard will receive a $1.00 charge per line. In addition, invitations with existing verses stamped in foil may not be changed.

Q. Can you print artwork on an invitation? Top
A. Yes, we can print artwork on your invitations and accessories. The cost is $10.00 extra per item. For special requests, such as printing your artwork on the front of your invitations and your wording on the inside, or for printing your own designs on napkins and matches, please e-mail us at cs@rexcraft.com and we can give you special pricing. You must provide clear, clean, black-and-white artwork on white paper.

Q. Can I have a photograph printed on my invitations? Top
A. Using a photograph depends on what you would like done. Please e-mail us at cs@rexcraft.com and we can give you special pricing and tell you about our capabilities.

Q. Can my invitations be printed in Spanish, German, French or other languages? Top
A. Yes, we can print your invitations in a foreign language, as long as it uses the English alphabet. The cost is $7.00 for the invitations and $4.00 for the response and enclosure cards. This is a one-time charge regardless of the quantity of items that you are ordering. If your foreign language does not use the English alphabet, please e-mail us at cs@rexcraft.com and we can give you special pricing and let you know how to go about ordering your invitations.

Q. What is the difference between soft white, bright white and ecru papers? Top
A. Our invitations are made in a variety of colors to complement every wedding theme and color. Below is a description of the subtle differences between these paper colors. Each invitation lists the paper color in the description.

Soft White - Soft white invitations, like white wedding gowns, have been the traditional choice of brides for years because of their soft, vanilla-colored hue and ability to complement other colors.

Bright White - Our bright white invitations are the ultimate in whites...so crisp and pure they will light up guests' eyes!

Ecru - Creamy and warm, ecru invitations have always been a socially correct choice. Their versatility makes them perfect for weddings with either white or off-white color schemes.

Q. Can I order blank invitations and accessories? Top
A. Yes, you can order blank invitations and accessories. You will receive a 10% discount off the price shown in the catalog or online. The minimum quantity is 100. Please e-mail us at cs@rexcraft.com, and we can help you order your blank invitations.

Q. Can I have my invitation wording printed in a colored ink? Top
A. Yes! Choose an ink color that will complement both your wedding colors and your invitation's design. Prices shown are for black ink, but any ink color listed may be printed on your invitations, enclosure cards and envelopes for a slight additional charge. Note: paper or design colors do not change with your selection of ink color. View ink colors.

Q. Can I have my invitation wording printed in a typestyle other than what is shown? Top
A. Yes! Choose a lettering style that catches your eye and matches your wedding style. Your lettering style should complement the invitation ensemble you choose. Is your ensemble classic or contemporary? Earthy or whimsical? Choose carefully! All your wedding stationery should be printed with the same lettering style to create a truly complementary ensemble. Q. Can I receive a proof of my invitation? Top
A. Proofs are available for $15.00 per item. To request a proof online please specify proof request in special instructions box on the shipping information page. Proofs are e-mailed to you in black and white to display how your wording will be printed in the font and spacing you have selected. Proofs require 2-3 business days to be processed.

Q. How do I invite only a few guests to the ceremony and everyone to the reception? Top
A. Send everyone an invitation printed with such wording as:

at a reception in honour

date, time, place...

For those few you'd like to invite to the ceremony, include an enclosure card printed with the ceremony information:

Q. How do I inform guests of an alternate site if it rains on the day of our outdoor wedding? Top
A. Order separate enclosure cards printed with your alternate site information and include them in your invitations. On your map cards, be sure to include the alternate site, marking it with an asterisk and the words "In case of rain." If the weather is questionable the day of the wedding, station friends at each location to inform arriving guests where the wedding will be held.

Q. What is corner copy? Top
A. Sometimes couples choose to include information, such as when the reception or dance will be held, in the lower left corner of their invitations. This is called "corner copy." Your corner copy will be printed in the same lettering style and ink color you choose for your invitation wording; however, the type will be slightly smaller.

Ordering
Q. When should I place my order? Top
A. Although it takes just two days after receipt of your order to print your order, you will need to allow time for shipping, addressing your invitations and for guests to respond. Invitations should be mailed six weeks before the wedding, so order them at least two months before your wedding date.

Q. Can I make changes on my order once you receive it? Top
A. We will do our best to make your changes before your order is processed. Because of our fast turnaround time, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our plant. It's crucial that you make sure your order is correct and final before you place it. This will help avoid the process and cost of reprinting.

Q. How can I check the status of my order? Top
A. After you've submitted your order online you will be given an order confirmation number. To check your order status, click here or visit our homepage and link to our Order Status page to enter your confirmation number and receive your order details.

Q. How many programs should I order? Top
A. To determine how many programs you need, count exactly how many guests will attend and order one for each guest plus a few extras for guests you may have overlooked, as well as keepsakes for yourself!

Q. How many napkins should I order? Top
A. When ordering napkins, the general rule is to double the number of invitations you ordered for each napkin size. For example, if you are sending out 100 invitations, order 200 beverage and 200 luncheon napkins.

Q. How do I apply the colored ink charge? Top
A. All invitation and printed accessory prices are shown for printing in black ink. For printing in a colored ink, simply add $6.00 to the total cost of each item. For example, if you order 100 invitations at $50.95 (as listed in the price grid), your invitation total if printed in a colored ink would be $56.95. For 100 enclosure cards priced at $30.95, your enclosure card total printed with a colored ink would be $36.95.

Q. How do I determine the cost of more than 200 invitations? Top
A. The cost for up to 200 invitations is calculated for you in the price grids. To determine the cost for more than 200 invitations, add the price for 25 additional invitations to the 200 price as many times as needed to reach your total number. For example: if you'd like 250 invitations that cost $94.95 per 200 and $11.00 per additional 25, you would add $94.95 +$11.00 + $11.00 for a total cost of $116.95.

A. We would love to help you out with this. You can get one here and print it out. You can also email us at cs@rexcraft.com and type ORDER FORM in the subject line, and we will forward one to you.

Q. I have seen several things that I want to order in the catalog, but I don't see them in your online catalog. Can I still order them? Top
A. Yes, you can still order them. We are sorry, but all of the items that are shown in our catalog are not available to order online at this time. We're working to get all products online as soon as possible. HOWEVER, you can place your order via the Internet. E-mail your order to cs@rexcraft.com and we can process your order for you. If you choose to do this, please send your shipping address, item numbers, quantities, ink color, lettering style and wording for the items you would like to order. Also, we need credit card information for billing your order.

Q. How soon will I receive my order? Top
A. Once we receive your order it takes two business days to process and then shipping takes from two to seven business days (depending upon your location). Shipping to the West Coast/Midwest, takes two to five business days. Shipping to the East Coast takes six to seven business days. You will have your order in one and one-half to two weeks. If you need it more quickly, you can have your order shipped out Second or Next-day Air. If you have it shipped out Second-day Air, you will have your order in four business days. If you have it shipped out Next-day Air, you will have your order in three business days. Most expedited deliveries cannot go to post office boxes so you will need to provide a physical address. The above timing estimates will be altered if there are any questions or problems on your order.
